About DevStudio AI

Built for the AI-native era

DevStudio AI is a senior engineering studio focused on AI agents, workflow automation, and full-stack delivery for modern businesses. We are intentionally small, intentionally opinionated, and intentionally transparent about how the work gets done.

How we work

We are a team of 8–12 senior engineers and product specialists, organized around small pods that own a delivery from discovery through production. No layered handoffs, no junior-on-junior loops. Every project gets a Solutions Specialist as the single accountable owner from day one.

We pair human judgment with modern tooling. Our engineers ship code with Claude, Cursor, and AI-assisted code review as default execution mode — the same workflows that let small teams compete with companies 10x our size in 2026.

Where we are

  • Headquartered in Hangzhou, China
  • Working asynchronously across Asia-Pacific, Europe, and US West Coast
  • English-first communication; bilingual capacity for China-based engagements

Our delivery commitment

  • 24-hour first response to every qualified inquiry
  • Solutions Specialist ownership end-to-end
  • 45-day average delivery for MVP-class engagements with clear scope
  • Source code ownership transfers to you at every milestone

Engineering culture

We optimize for three things, in order:

  1. Outcomes the client can ship — working software in production, not slide decks
  2. Architectural integrity that survives the next year
  3. Honest, calibrated communication — including saying “this won’t work” before contract

We use AI tooling aggressively as a force multiplier; we do not use it to skip review, skip testing, or skip thinking.

Who we work with

We are most useful to:

  • Founders building an MVP and needing senior engineering leverage without a full hire
  • Operations leaders automating high-volume internal workflows
  • Product teams shipping AI-augmented features (RAG, agents, copilots)
  • Companies modernizing legacy software with AI-native patterns

We are not a fit for:

  • “Build me a clone of [trending app]” requests with no validated demand
  • Pure body-shop / staff-augmentation engagements
  • Engagements requiring named-customer case studies before public publication
